This is where I’m supposed to tell you I’m not a “love and light” worker.

Yes, here we deconstruct inner and outer systems of abuse down to the root.

We hold up a mirror to these shadows.

We dismantle the structures standing between you and your power.

This is the black realm of the feminine.

But the truth is? Light—and especially Love—are still entirely what my work is about. And more than that—they are the raw essence of a path I had to carve through my own becoming.

My Origin Story

In 2021, I walked away from a good marriage because the version of me required to stay in it was a lie. What followed wasn't a heroic reclamation of my identity—it was a brutal collapse:

A year of daily panic attacks.

Dissociation.

“Casual” intimacy I wasn’t even present for.

Then, in 2023, the floor gave out entirely:

A Kundalini awakening began ripping through my nervous system. She had set fire to me, and my world had to burn too. Heavily, I dropped the substances, the shallow social dynamics, my job, and my community.

I was left with nothing but a body, a soul, and a single, uncompromised command from Spirit:

Love yourself.

Now, every word I write, every session I facilitate, and every space I hold

exists to carry this message:

In the beginning, was Love.
